Seasoned Professional Panel 3:00pm-4:15pm Panel discussion targeted towards Mid to Upper level professionals (7 years and Up). Panelist will share their experiences and insights on professional growth, leadership, career planning, and include a Q&A session at the end.
Networking 4:15pm-5:30pm Cash bar, first drink complimentary of SASE for those that attend one of the professional panels!

Six Sigma, Sponsored by the Navy 9:15am-12:00pm

Lean Six Sigma is a structured process improvement system widely used in various industries. The curriculum will consist of three parts: Lean and Theory of Constraints, Six Sigma and Structured Process Improvement, and Integrated Lean Six Sigma. The goals of the sessions are to equip participants with a basic working knowledge of continuous process improvement tools that is geared towards realworld application. Each participant will receive a Navy Lean Six Sigma White Belt Completion Certificate

Pay Negotiation with Katie Donovan 10:45am-12:00pm Learn effective negotiation tactics  with Katie Donovan. She’ll cover key negotiation tools and methods to secure your chances of getting that raise or your desired salary on your next job offer. $20
Career Coach with Curtis Swisher 9:15am-12:00pm The opportunity to rise in your organization is based in large part upon your job performance rating. In this seminar, I will reveal what happens behind closed doors as job performance ratings are being decided. There are four vital behaviors that separate those with the highest ratings from those with lower ratings. In this interactive seminar, we will discuss the four vital behaviors and how you can apply them to grow you career. Optional one-on-one coaching during session 2. $20
Crisis Communication with Outreach Strategists 1:45pm-3:00pm This workshop is designed for business leaders on how to engage with the media. Key aspects of the media cycle, messaging, and digital media will be covered including how stories are put together and how best to respond to journalists’ questions. Participants will gain a clearer understanding of how to market themselves as experts and promote their company/non-profit’s ventures in the local media market. $20
Hughes Hangar (60 seats, off site) 3:15pm-4:30pm Join the fun at Houston’s best cocktail mixology class. Learn how to shake, mix and muddle your favorite cocktails. This Class will cover the basic techniques of mixology in a social and relax environment. This event includes three drinks, tip and transport. $50

SASEfest 4:30pm-8:00pm A fusion of local and national talent brought together on 4 different heart pumping stages to truly blow you away. Acoustic headliners and varying talent to create a magical atmosphere that anyone can enjoy. This music festival takes place after National Conference for all attendees! Headliners include: Clara C, DANakaDAN, Paul Dateh and Noel Kunz. The event is included in conference registration.
