In-Person National Convention has been cancelled, but SASE will still be hosting virtual National Convention!
The virtual Soar Convention will take place on October 29 to October 30 2021.
- Professional Development: The conference will feature a full day of workshops, panels and speakers all focused on the interests of Asian heritage students and professionals.
- Career Opportunities and Jobs: The conference features a large number of employers who want to recruit and hire Asian heritage students and professionals.
- Networking: Meet other Asian heritage students and professionals in a rich networking opportunity with a whole lot of fun.
Yes! The in-person Thrive Convention will be taking place in Atlanta, GA from October 14th to October 15th. Make sure that you register for each convention separately in order to attend both.

SASE uses secure online payments.
We highly recommend everyone register individually to personalize workshops and plan selection. Collegiate Chapters also have the option to register as a group with one of the group packages available through the registration site.

The convention agenda and links to workshops will be located on our Socio app. You can download Socio on your mobile device or view the event on your browser.
The workshops will be hosted on Zoom. Please make sure to download the latest version of Zoom before the day of the convention.
In order to have the best convention experience, we recommend that you have a laptop or monitor to attend workshops. A microphone and camera will allow you to interact more with the presenters.

Convention is a professional workshop and networking event. Business professional is highly recommended for Friday and Saturday.
November 5th and 6th will be the networking lounges.
The career fair will take place November 6th from 10am to 4pm EST.
