Christine Minji Chang

Christine Minji Chang hails from the San Francisco Bay Area as a new LA transplant. Minji graduated from UC Berkeley with a Public Health degree and worked for several years in preventing violence against women and children at a national non-profit and then switched gears to work in the tech industry at macys.com. Throughout that time, Minji also presided as Executive Director of Kollaboration’s SF chapter for 4 years before taking the plunge to take on the role of Kollaboration Global Executive Director and actor full time. As ED of Kollaboration, Minji oversees 14 city chapters, hundreds of volunteer staff and national programming efforts to elevate and empower Asian American artists, leaders, and grassroots community groups. As a growing thespian, Minji has studied acting at UC Berkeley, the American University in Paris, Beverly Hills Playhouse in San Francisco and currently trains at Beverly Hills Playhouse in Los Angeles and Upright Citizens Brigade. She believes the creative arts can activate a paradigm shift for the acceptance and understanding of diversity and identity and serve as a key personal leadership development tool.
