REGISTRATION
- How do I register for the SASE National Convention?

- How much does group registration cost?

- When is the deadline to register for the convention?
Late registration starts on 9/25 and will remain open until we run out of tickets. Please contact us at pro@saseconnect.org if you are unable to register.
- Do I have to register individually, or can my organization register a whole group?
Contact pro@saseconnect.org for more information regarding the discount or to purchase any quantity of registrations in bulk.
- What is the refund policy?
The SASE PRO Conference and Convention Cancellation Refund Policy is as follows:
NO CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES ARE REFUNDABLE.
Registrations canceled on or before 9/12/24 are refundable but subject to a $75 administrative fee. Registrants canceling on or after 9/13/24 will not receive a refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived.
Registration fees may be transferred to another individual; a written request must be sent to pro@saseconnect.org prior to 7 days of the start of the conference. The request must be from the registrant and contain the full name, email and phone number of the person to whom the registration is to be transferred. Requests received after this time cannot be completed. If a registration code has been used for a canceled registration, the organization or company distributing the code will be credited with an additional use. A monetary refund will not be issued for registrations paid using a code.
Refunds for additional purchases and/or tours are subject to the cancelation and refund policies of the 3rd party vendors/businesses. In the event SASE must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, SASE will refund the original ticket price. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived. SASE does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses; to include, charges made for travel and lodging.
- I am having trouble registering or have questions. Who should I contact?

GENERAL INFORMATION
- Where will SASE Connect 2024 be held?

- How do I check in on the day of the Convention?
All attendees can use a photo ID to pick up their badge at registration. The hours for the Registration are available on the conference app. Attendees will be able to pick up their badges as early as 4:30pm on Wednesday Oct 9 at the main entrance of the BCEC.
- Is there a dress code?
While the SASE Professional Conference is a professional workshop and networking event, we also want attendees to be comfortable and ready to engage. Business casual / smart casual attire is requested (i.e. polos and jeans are ok).
We are encouraging attendees to dress in cultural attire for the Wednesday night opening ceremony to celebrate our rich heritage.
- Are there designated areas where I can take a moment to relax during the conference?
Yes! In addition to tables and chairs scattered throughout the lobby, Room 158 will be available for you to rest and relax. There's also a very nice public park just outside the southeast of the BCEC called The Lawn on D.
- Does the hotel and/or conference center have free WiFi?
Yes - the BCEC provides free wifi.
- Where and how do I pick up my badge?
You will need your photo ID along with your smiling face.
- How can we select sessions during the Conference?
Registrants may access the mobile app to select specific sessions. See top of page for a link to downloading the mobile app and instructions. Unfortunately, a web app is not available at this time.
HOTEL & TRANSPORTATION
- How do I get to the hotel from the airport?
Boston Logan airport is less than 4 miles away from the BCEC and area hotels. Depending on traffic, ground transportation could take anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes.
The MBTA has a free Silver Line shuttle from Boston Logan airport to the BCEC and nearby hotels. Use this bus locator link (scroll to the very bottom to see the MBTA Silver Line) to see exactly when the next bus is arriving to your terminal.
Otherwise, you can take a taxi or ride share service.
- How much is parking at the hotel?
We do not recommend renting a car for your stay in Boston. However, if you are driving in, parking is available at the BCEC for $25/day.

- Is there a conference rate offered by the hotels?
Yes. There are a limited number of rooms available.

HEALTH & SAFETY
- Are there health protocols?
There are no formal health protocols for the conference. Optional masks will be available at check-in.
OTHER
- Can I transfer a badge?
See above answer to “What is the refund policy?”
- Can I take photos or video?
Kindly refrain from taking videos in the workshops to ensure we maintain a psychologically safe environment for everyone. Photos should be acceptable unless a presenter specifically requests otherwise.
- Do you have any accommodations for those with mobility impairments?
The building is ADA friendly.
- I've moved since purchasing my badge. Will that affect my registration?
No.
